Terms & Conditions

Payment:
THORNcph accepts payment by Dankort, Visa and Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account, on dispatch of the goods.
    
Security:
THORNcph encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means, that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during transaction trough ePay. 

Delivery:
THORNcph will deliver in DK within 2-4 weekdays. Phone cases are 1 week.

Defect Items:
As a customer you have the right to return items with manufacturing defect. Items will be accepted if the goods are sold and delivered with defects that appears, within a period of 2 years. The defect items must be due to material or manufacturing defects.
   
Cancellation and returns:
We offer you 14 days to regret your purchase. If you regret your purchase in full, we will return the amount of the goods. We do not pay the delivery or return freight.

Any dispute between THORNcph and the customer is subject to Danish law.

Items must be returned to the following address.

Please make sure the return package is delivered at below pick-up point - otherwise, it is unlikely that the package will be received.

Please be noted we do not accept parcels returned by cash on delivery (COD).    
On returning defect items please state clearly the reason, this will enhance the process. The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation. Please always send your package return as a track and trace delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt that the parcel has been received to THORNcph.
       
How to submit a complaint:
Did we not live up to your expectations? If so, please contact THORNcph first, and we will do everything we can to resolve your issue.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority / Center for Complaints, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35, 2500 Valby.
